Shipping policy

We ship every Aeysed order from China directly to addresses in the United States, with free standard shipping.

Estimated delivery: 7–15 calendar days after an order is processed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, severe weather, carrier delays, or remote destinations.

Order processing

Paid orders are checked and prepared for dispatch. You will receive an order confirmation at checkout. When tracking is available, our support team can provide the carrier and tracking number.

Shipping cost and destination

Standard shipping is free. At launch, we accept orders only for delivery within the United States. A complete name, phone number, street address, city, state, and ZIP code are required.

Tracking and delivery

International tracking can take several days to show its first scan. The customer is responsible for supplying an accurate deliverable address. Contact us promptly if tracking shows an exception or if an order has not arrived after the estimated window.

Customs

Orders are shipped for personal use. If a government authority or carrier imposes an exceptional charge or requests additional information, we will contact you where possible.
